Because we photograph with digital equipment, in a RAW format, our images are initially captured in color. We can then convert them into various tones, including B&W and Sepia, or colorized with selective areas only in color.

Each image is hand selected and edited to tell the story of your wedding day. This process can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. For online proofing, every effort is made to shorten this timeline as much as possible.

How do we view our wedding images online?

All of your images are posted on a personal password protected online gallery through our website. Go to sessions and enter your password. (Images are proofs only and will be cropped and color corrected before printing.) Your gallery can be shared with friends and family across the globe. This unique service allows you the freedom to view your files in the comfort of your own home when ever you choose. This personal gallery will stay on line for 6 months time. If your gallery needs to be extended beyond 6 months, there will be a fee of $50.00 per month. For packages that do not include online proofing, a viewing appointment can be made in our studio.

Image selection and timeline.

We have a convenient and user friendly system to selecting your prints. You simply select the images, size and color or B&W preference in your on line gallery. The list of images is collected in your shopping cart and you can simply hit the prepaid option at the check out point. This allows us to receive your print order in full by email. You will have 6 months to submit your print order while your personal gallery is on line. The order must be submitted in full as we do not start to process any orders that have not been completed in full.

How long does it take to receive my prints and album?

(With the exception of seniors in the spring which are expedited for graduation and yearbook deadlines.)

Please keep in mind that your order will not be started until it is received in full. Also note that any order received after the 15th of November will not be completed for Christmas so be prepared to get your order in early if you want your prints as Christmas gifts. Our prints are produced at a state of the art national pro laboratory with the finest quality available anywhere.

Here is a great analogy from one of the finest wedding photographers in the world; "I think the best way to describe this is to compare it to buying cars. When someone wants a Ford or a Toyota, Mazda, Nissan, you just go to one of the dealers and choose the color of the car you want, and then you pay your $30,000 and pick up your car the next day. When you order a Porsche or a sports Mercedes Benz, you go to the specific dealer and choose the color you want and place your order, then you will wait a few months for the delivery of your car with all the bells and whistles you specifically asked for, and...if you order a Ferrari, well, you wait up to a year to receive your car, you pay dearly for it and you are grateful that they made it possible for you to have one." -Yervant

What is your photography style?

I try to avoid limiting myself by defining my style. I work with each client to determine what they appreciate in my work and will capture my clients according to their personalities and preferences. I photograph weddings in a photojournalistic and impressionist style. I include a mix of traditional and creative artistic portraits, both candid and with a more thought out approach. Your wedding is a direct reflection of your personality and love for one another. I capture interactions between you, your family and your friends, allowing our images to tell the story of your wedding day.

What should you look for when commissioning a photographic artist?

There are several keys things that you should look for when meeting with a photographer:
*Do they have consistent work? Meaning does the work that you see on their website, in their prints and in their albums have a consistent flow and feel. Some photographers get lucky shots here and there, but don't have consistent work. Upon request, they should be able to show you complete weddings without hesitation.

Ask yourself: Do you feel a personal connection to the photography?

Can you see yourself or personal style in the photographers work? A great photograph captures a moment in time and allows others to see a glimpse of that moment and feeling. Real emotion has to be present in order to be captured. To have a great creative relationship with your photographer you will need to feel that you can express your identity as a couple. Your personality needs to mesh with the photographer you have selected, and by working together you will create truly unique and beautiful images.

Are personal consultations part of your package?

Yes. We meet several times with our couples as a complimentary service. This gives us the chance to get to know our couples better. We can then reflect their unique personalities in their images.
